Elaina Di Monaco

Elaina Di Monaco (they/them) is a development professional based in Philadelphia. Hailing from Tampa, Elaina brings a background in theatre directing and producing, with an emphasis on developing new work. They are passionate about ethical and impactful storytelling, intentional wealth redistribution, and journalism that serves the people. Elainais active in the LGBTQ+ community and is currently a part of the PHL Pride Collective, a Black & brown-led activist organization that is reimagining a more inclusive Pride for Philadelphia.
